Suncorp Group is seeking a Claims Manager for a six-month fixed-term, full time contract. Based in Melbourne with a hybrid work model, you’ll split your time between the office and home, after an initial training period in the office.
You will lead claim operations, manage a portfolio of home claims, coordinate with assessors and vendors, and deliver service excellence while meeting key performance metrics.
