Service Advisor - Premium European Workshop

About the Role

You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, looking after their experience from the first enquiry through to vehicle collection.

Working closely with our technicians, you’ll help turn repair recommendations into clear, understandable advice. You’ll coordinate bookings, prepare estimates, obtain approvals and keep customers updated along the way.

This role combines customer service, organisation and consultative sales. You’ll need to be comfortable discussing costs, explaining the value of recommended work and following up with customers.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers, handle enquiries and book vehicles in.

- Coordinate the daily booking schedule with the workshop team.

- Keep customers informed about progress, costs and collection times.

- Prepare estimates with input from the technical team.

- Explain recommended work clearly and obtain customer approval.

- Order parts, maintain accurate job notes and customer records.

- Handle invoicing, payments and vehicle handovers.

- Follow up on estimates, outstanding recommendations and future maintenance.

- Have experience in customer service, sales or a busy customer-facing role.

- Are confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone.

- Can discuss prices and recommendations professionally.

- Stay organised while managing several competing priorities.

- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

- Take ownership of tasks and pay attention to the details.

- Have an interest in cars and a willingness to develop your knowledge.

Previous automotive experience is an advantage, rather than a requirement. Applicants from dealerships, parts departments, premium retail, hospitality, vehicle rental and trade sales are encouraged to apply.
