Your recent role - Operations Compliance Supervisor

n

Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and building a strong culture? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can influence operational excellence across a growing national transport business? If so, we are looking for an experienced Operations Compliance Supervisor to join our team.

n

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

n

n
- Hybrid role based out of Yarraville, working across all CSR sites.
n
- Will be required to backfill operations roles for leave coverage etc.
n




- Oversee site risk assessments
n
- Develop training material
n
- Train drivers on load restraint and other key CoR tasks.
n
- Assist with onboarding trucks under PBS accreditation.
n
- Driver compliance onboarding.
n
- Audit and manage drivers runsheets, pre starts, insurances etc.
n

Shift : Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

What you will need to succeed

- Operations Compliance Supervisor experience
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service orientated
n
- Solutions focused with the view towards continuous improvement

- Ability to work in a fast paced, high- pressure environment
