Casual / Part-Time Ecommerce Assistant / Customer Service

We're looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident person to support the day-to-day customer service and ecommerce needs of our fashion websites.

n

This is a varied role combining customer care, website support and digital marketing—perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping people and is comfortable working across different online platforms.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Responding to customer DMs and comments across our social media channels
n
- Replying to customer emails in a warm, helpful and professional way
n
- Uploading product imagery, descriptions and other content to our websites
n
- Assisting with ecommerce and digital marketing tasks
n
- Supporting website updates, promotions and product launches
n
- Coordinating Betty Cares clothing packs for women in need
n
- Helping with other customer service and ecommerce tasks as required
n

About you

- You're a transparent, friendly and confident communicator
n
- You have excellent attention to detail
n
- You're organised and comfortable managing tasks independently
n
- You're confident using social media and learning new digital platforms
n
- You have an interest in fashion, ecommerce and digital marketing
n
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, fashion or ecommerce would be an advantage
n
