We are looking for a Support Worker who shares that approach to join our small and supportive team.

About the role
No two days at Younique look exactly the same. Your shifts may involve:
- Supporting participants with daily living and household tasks
- Community access, activities, events and appointments
- Building independence, confidence and everyday skills
- Transport and social support
- Supporting participants to work towards their individual NDIS goals
- Completing shift notes and documentation

About you

You’ll be someone who is:

- Patient, adaptable and comfortable working with a range of people
- A robust communicator and team member
- Passionate about supporting choice, independence and inclusion
What you'll need
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
- Availability for approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
