The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Melbourne (Knoxfield) facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring all warehouse activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a strong safety culture within the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, including storepersons and assemblers
n
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control activities
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company safety procedures, and SOPs
n
- Monitor forklift and equipment use, licensing,



and safe work practices
n
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
n
- Liaise with branch management, sales, and transport providers
n
- Address performance issues, provide coaching, and support training needs
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation
n

About You

n

You are a confident, practical leader with strong operational experience and a proactive approach to safety and performance.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team-leader role
n
- Strong working knowledge of WHS obligations in a warehousing environment
n
- Current LF forklift licence
n
- Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
n
- Strong communication and people-management skills
n
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments (highly regarded)
n
