We are pumped to partner with Trentwood Homes to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to their growing team in the Albury-Wodonga region.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades, maintain programme and quality, and take genuine ownership of the build from start to finish.

The Chance:

n

Reporting across a portfolio of residential projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are well organised, safely managed and delivered to the standard Trentwood is known for.

n

You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal team, taking ownership of the construction process and proactively managing issues before they become problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site operations
n
- Managing trades, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Coordinating construction schedules and project milestones
n




- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and presentation
n
- Managing site safety and compliance requirements
n
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and construction details
n
- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
n
- Communicating effectively with clients, trades and internal stakeholders
n
- Coordinating multiple stages of construction across projects
n
- Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
n
- Taking ownership of project delivery from commencement through to handover
n

About You:

n

Proven site supervision experience is essential for this appointment.

n

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Foreman or similar
n
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and the ability to independently run a site
n
- A carpentry background is preferred, but not essential
n
- Experience delivering high-end custom or architecturally designed homes is highly desirable
n
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processes
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
n




- The ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects moving
n
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and subcontractors
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving
n
- High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- A White Card
n
- Pride in your work and the ability to take ownership of your projects
n

You'll receive:

$100,000 – $125,000 salary, dependent on experience
