About the Role

Join a growing Pilates program within one of Melbourne's most unique health and wellness environments. At TLC Health Clubs Mordialloc, you'll deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes while working alongside physiotherapists and allied health professionals — supporting real, lasting member outcomes in a collaborative setting.

This is a unique opportunity to not only teach classes, but also contribute to the development of a progressive Pilates offering across a multi-site network

The Role & Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Deliver engaging and safeReformer and/or Mat Pilates classes
n
- Create a welcoming and inclusive class setting
n
- Support member progression, retention, and overall experience
n
- Contribute ideas to enhance and grow the Pilates offering
n
- Collaborate with the wider health club and allied health team
n
- Support broader wellbeing initiatives across TLC, including employee programs
n
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and safety
n
- Build a positive, inclusive class setting that supports member retention and engagement
n

n

About You

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- A recognised ReformerPilates qualification (e.g. Polestar, APPI, BASI, Studio Pilates, Diploma-level or equivalent)
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse member base
n
- Confidence working with a range of clients — from beginners to those seeking more supported or rehab-informed exercise
n
- A genuine interest inhealth, wellbeing and client outcomes
n
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing program
n
