The Trustee For Thermal Pressure Engineering Unit Trust – Campbellfield VIC

We are an established manufacturing business in Campbellfield seeking an experienced, reliable and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, has excellent attention to detail and is confident questioning and investigating transactions when something doesn't look right.

Key responsibilities

- Accounts payable & receivable
- AUD & foreign currency transactions and reconciliations
- Bank and credit card reconciliations, including USD accounts
- BAS, GST, Payroll Tax & Workcover reporting
- Month-end journals and monthly/year-end reporting
- Inter-company and inventory reconciliations
- Investigating discrepancies and unusual transactions
- Liaising with external accountants
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting management with reporting, cash flow and process improvements

About you

- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
- Experience with foreign currency and overseas transactions




- Strong knowledge of Australian bookkeeping, GST and BAS
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Positive team player willing to assist across the office
- Full working rights in Australia
