Synechron is hiring a Business Analyst responsible for digital delivery with prior banking domain experience.

Responsibilities:

n

- Translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements through robust analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and customer-centric insight to support solution design and delivery.
n
- Lead business analysis activities across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through to design, build, testing, release, and implementation.
n
- Partner closely with Product Owners, UX designers, Developers, Agile Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver customer-facing digital experiences.
n
- Build trusted relationships across business and technology teams, using strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills to achieve alignment and successful outcomes.
n
- Document business processes, business rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies, risks, and operational impacts for cards-related initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with broader business stakeholders to define business outcomes, produce high-quality business requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
n
- Facilitate backlog refinement and options analysis to support effective Agile delivery.
n




- Support end-to- end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness, and operational controls into business analysis practices.
n
- Contribute to discussions involving APIs, integrations, and backend systems to ensure requirements and solutions are well understood across technical and business teams.

Skills Required:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
n
- Experience in digital delivery programs involving customer-facing digital products and platforms, including mobile applications (iOS and Android).
n
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Product Owners, UX designers, developers, and delivery teams to define and deliver digital features and customer outcomes.
n
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including user story creation, backlog refinement and sprint planning.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and requirements elicitation skills across business and technology teams.
n
- Ability to influence outcomes and thrive within complex, fast-paced Agile environments.
n
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and draw.io.
n
- Confidence engaging in discussions relating to APIs, integrations, and backend systems, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
