Requirements
- Current RII Dozer
- Current Quarry or Mine Medical
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating Dozers on civil/earthmoving projects
- Previous experience in subdivision, roadworks, or bulk earthworks highly regarded
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow directions
- Additional plant tickets (e.g., Excavator, Moxy, Roller) highly advantageous
Key Duties
- Safe and efficient operation of Dozers on civil construction sites
- Bulk earthworks, trimming, and final shaping
- Working closely with supervisors and ground crews
- Completing pre-start checks and routine machine maintenance
- Assisting with general site tasks when required
