Reporting directly to senior management, you will coordinate every aspect of the project process, ensuring the project remains organized, on schedule and aligns with the business requirements. You will become the subject matter expert for the new system, leading Teams through the rollout, go-live implementation and ongoing training. You will be the key liaison between the business and the software development partner, pivotal throughout the design, build, rollout, go-live and ongoing support phases of the new business management system.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the business and the software provider.
Coordinate all project communications and serve as the central point of contact.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Gather operational requirements from multiple departments and translate them into clear business requirements.
Document workflows, procedures and implementation requirements.
Monitor project milestones, actions and deliverables and ensure achievable outcomes.
Assure accurate and prompt information flow between stakeholders.
Assist with system testing, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing.
Develop roll out and implementation plans.
Create user guides, documentation and training materials.
About You:
You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys bringing people together. You are highly organized,
analytical and comfortable functioning within operational and technical environments.
Ideally, you will have experience across the following:
1. Software or ERP implementation projects.
2. TMS and or FMS development and integration experience.
3. Previous proven background in delivering customer integrations from scratch.
4. Project development experience from liaison through to testing and go-live.
5. Delivered ongoing support post roll out and go-live project phases.
6. Operations within a transport or associated industry.
