Due to an internal promotion, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

n

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to connect clients with the support they need. Working full-time from our Scoresby office, you'll coordinate caregiver schedules, manage daily rostering, and work closely with both clients and staff to keep services running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinating caregiver rosters to ensure clients receive the support they need.
n
- Managing last-minute changes and helping cover shifts to keep services running smoothly.
n
- Staying connected with caregivers and clients, building strong relationships and providing great support.
n
- Using scheduling technology (AlayaCare) to organise services efficiently and accurately
n
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

About you

n

n




- Experience working in rostering/scheduling – aged care experience is desired.
n
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award is desirable.
n
- Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
n
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems.
n
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
n
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing workplace.
