As we enter an exciting period of change and improvement, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us for a 3-month contract and work across portfolio management, compliance and a major software transition project.

The Role

n

This isn't your typical temporary Property Manager role.

n

You will work across three key areas:

n

n
- Portfolio Management – manage an established portfolio approximately 2 days per week
n
- Compliance – work alongside our Property Managers to review and progress property compliance
n
- Projects & Systems – assist with our transition to new property management software, including data review, workflows and implementation
n

n

You'll have support from our administration, leasing and inspections teams, allowing you to focus on getting things done and helping us deliver a successful transition.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Manage an established portfolio approximately 2 days per week
n




- Work alongside our PMs to review and progress property compliance
n
- Follow up outstanding compliance requirements and actions
n
- Assist with reviewing and cleaning property and client data
n
- Support our transition to new property management software
n
- Assist with data checking, workflows, processes and implementation tasks
n
- Communicate confidently with rental providers, renters and suppliers
n
- Manage maintenance, arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals as required
n
- Pitch in and support the wider Property Management team during the transition
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience
n
- Experience managing your own portfolio
n
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential property management and compliance
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confident with technology, systems and property management software
n
- Solid written and verbal communication
n
- A practical, positive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Someone who can hit the ground running
n
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
n
