As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide flexible, participant-focused support across a range of settings in and around Ormeau. This role suits someone who enjoys variety and is confident supporting different individuals with diverse needs.

Key responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support to a range of participants (not limited to a single client)
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, domestic tasks, and community access
- Support participants to build independence and achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations to ensure safety
- Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships with participants and their families
- Adhere to infection control and organisational policies

About you

- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support multiple participants across different environments
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, with the ability to take on additional hours as required
- Availability for long shifts, active overnight (sleepover) shifts, and varied rosters
