Experienced Automotive Business Manager – Finance & Insurance

South Morang Motor Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Business Manager to join our busy, growing multi-franchise dealership.

This is an exciting prospect for an accomplished F&I; professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys working with a diverse range of brands and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

n

Working closely with our sales teams, you will guide customers through their finance and insurance options while helping the dealership achieve strong, sustainable results.

- Presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
n
- Managing finance applications accurately and efficiently
n
- Building strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers
n
- Maximising finance, insurance and aftermarket opportunities
n
- Supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey
n
- Ensuring all documentation and processes meet legal, regulatory and dealership compliance requirements
n
- Providing a professional, transparent and seamless customer experience
n
- Consistently achieving individual and dealership performance targets
n

About You

n

To succeed in this position, you will have:

n

- Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager or in a similar dealership-based F&I; role
n
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance requirements
n
- A demonstrated record of achieving strong finance penetration and profitability
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- A customer-focused and ethical approach
n
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
n
- Energy, initiative and a genuine desire to succeed
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
