ROPES CROSSING DENTAL AND IMPLANT CENTRE is seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dental practice in Ropes Crossing, NSW 2760. This is a part‑time position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to deliver high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base. As a Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive oral healthcare services, maintaining our reputation for excellence, and contributing to the overall success of our practice. This role is pivotal in ensuring patient satisfaction and supporting the clinical operations of our clinic.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking up busy Patient base of Principle Dentist who is relocating
- Conducting thorough dental examinations and developing personalised treatment plans for patients
- Performing a wide range of clinical procedures including restorative dentistry, preventative treatments, and extractions
- Diagnosing dental conditions and diseases using appropriate clinical and radiographic techniques
- Providing patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventative care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhering to all infection control protocols and safety standards
- Contributing to a positive and professional clinical environment
- Managing patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and compassion
What we’re looking for
- A current dental degree from an accredited institution and relevant professional qualifications
- Valid registration with the Dental Board of Australia
- Proven clinical experience in general dentistry or specialist dental practice
- Strong knowledge of contemporary dental techniques and best practice clinical standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and digital radiography
- A commitment to continuing professional development and staying current with dental advancements
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
