RCPA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our Kilmore site. You will coordinate the production of steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality standards while meeting production schedules.
You will own your shift, drive performance, and solve on-the-ground problems with a hands-on leadership approach. This role requires solid planning, people skills and a commitment to safety.
