This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors in a quick-paced, highly productive environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards across facilities, equipment and grounds.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate all facility maintenance jobs, including liaising with and overseeing external contractors
n
- Operate and carry out basic maintenance of agricultural machinery and automation equipment
n
- Organise and complete routine and preventative general building and facility maintenance
n
- Complete repairs, troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions
n
- Organise external assistance when specialist support is required
n
- Oversee improvement, installation and upgrade projects
n
- Identify maintenance issues and proactively address potential problems
n
- Maintain high presentation standards across the facility, grounds and surrounding areas
n
- Support the ongoing improvement,
reliability and functionality of nursery infrastructure and equipment
n

- Current Driver's Licence

- MR Truck Licence preferred, but not essential

- Trade, horticulture, mechanical, irrigation, electrical or facilities experience will be highly regarded. However, practical ability, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are valued
