As a Sales Assistant, you'll be working closely with the Principal to support the sales process from start to finish.

This role blends client service, marketing, operations, and a touch of everything in between, offering you a real understanding of the industry and its many moving parts.

Key responsibilities

Placing and collecting property signage across key locations (early Saturday mornings required)

Assisting at open homes on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Welcoming prospective buyers, answering questions and capturing their details with professionalism and care

Attending private viewings, listing appointments, photography sessions and building & pest inspections alongside the Principal

Helping prepare and distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional material

Covering reception during breaks and providing friendly front of house service





Running errands and assisting the Principal with general tasks and coordinating appointments

Offering day to day operational support that keeps everything running smoothly

About you

Current driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential)

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Confident, reliable, and great with people

Flexible availability, especially Thursdays to Saturdays

A team player who is eager to learn and thrives in a supportive, fast paced environment
