Your Role as Educational Leader
n
As Educational Leader, you'll be the pedagogical heartbeat of the service—leading with clarity, compassion, and purpose. You will:

- Lead curriculum development and embed high‐quality educational programs
n
- Mentor, coach and uplift educators to deliver best‐practice learning experiences
n
- Strengthen documentation, planning cycles and reflective practice
n
- Support compliance across NQS, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
n
- Build meaningful relationships with families and community partners
n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success

About You
n

To succeed, you'll need:

- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA‐approved)
n
- Experience as an Educational Leader or senior educator
n
- Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks
n
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
n
