We are looking for a high-calibre Supply Chain Analyst to become the analytical engine of our logistics department.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role combining global logistics, operational excellence, cost control, systems management and AI-enabled process improvement.

You'll work across the full supply chain - from international freight and 3PL coordination through to inventory reconciliation, invoice validation, performance reporting and process optimisation - helping ensure our operations remain efficient, accurate and responsive.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1 | Operational Execution & Global Logistics

You will coordinate complex import and export activities, working closely with freight forwarders, 3PL providers and customs clearance partners to support the seamless movement of goods.

You'll act as the first point of response for distribution issues, supporting Customer Care with real-time freight updates and service recovery, while maintaining end-to-end oversight of goods from inbound receipt and quality release through to destructions and monthly storage optimisation.

You'll conduct rigorous monthly invoice validation, ensuring expenditure aligns with agreed SLAs and commercial expectations.

You will also actively identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, including order consolidation and warehouse pick-path optimisation.

Technology and data are central to this role.





You'll monitor and resolve daily SAP interface issues and iDocs across an ecosystem that includes Salesforce, Xero, Logixboard and Carton Cloud.

You will lead daily reconciliation between SAP and 3PL ERP systems, investigating inventory discrepancies across all plants and ensuring data integrity throughout the supply chain.

Beyond standard reporting - including OTIF, Ullage and POD - you'll also use AI and automation to identify exceptions, eliminate repetitive manual tasks and build sophisticated performance dashboards.

The SAP Specialist

You are deeply comfortable working within SAP environments and understand the logic behind interface monitoring and iDoc resolution.

The Analytical Architect

You don't simply pull data - you look for the 'why' behind the numbers. You can apply short-interval control to identify and resolve issues before they impact the client.

Logistics Literacy

You understand the nuances of 3PL management, from storage rework and warehouse operations through to international manufacturing lead times.

Tech-Forward

You are excited by the prospect to use AI to increase productivity,



automate processes and eliminate manual tasks.
