We are excited to offer an outstanding chance for an experienced Second-in-Charge (2IC) Manager to join our luxury Daylesford store.

What are we looking for in the person?

n

Previous experience with an established brand selling women's apparel and or homewares

n

Experience in selling high ticket items preferrable

n

Proven success contributing to and/or managing store KPI's

n

Highly organised and strong ability to carry out administrative duties

n

Enjoys engagement with local community groups and in store event co-ordination

n

Team player

n

We require the successful candidate to work one weekend day, or alternating weekends. This role is permanent part time, working 4 days a week. The salary will be pro-rata.

Immediate start training available for the right candidate. Candidate will be required to travel to Creswick Woollen Mills, Creswick as part of training.
