Job Description

BlueCare is seeking a Site Support Worker for the Pinangba service at Stagpole Street Rehabilitation Centre in Townsville. The role involves lone-work responsibilities to ensure safety, conduct perimeter checks, monitor for contraband and support residents with daily activities and safety protocols.

Shifts vary 1-5 days per week, including nights and weekends. Casual loading, superannuation, penalties and allowances apply.
