As the Frontline Manager, your role will include:
- Leading and managing the Service Advisors and Frontline team
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service department
- Ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection
- Managing customer enquiries, concerns and complaints and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Monitoring workshop workflow and ensuring technicians are appropriately briefed on customer concerns
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller, Technicians and Service Management team to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring service and warranty processes are followed correctly
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, retention and key service department performance indicators
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team to achieve their goals
- Maintaining high standards of communication, presentation and customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers and creating long-term loyalty to our brands
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Manager in a Dealership
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the phone
- Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence
