Capital Maintenance Solutions Pty Ltd are seeking for experienced Roof Tilers to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of tiled roofing systems across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and repair concrete, terracotta, and other tiled roofing systems.
- Measure, set out, cut, and fit roof tiles accurately.
- Install roof battens, ridge, hip, valley, and verge components.
- Complete bedding, pointing, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing works.
- Inspect and replace damaged or deteriorated roof tiles.
- Follow WHS requirements and maintain safe work practices at heights.
- Use and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
- Complete required job and site documentation.





Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years' experience in roof tiling.
- Current White Card or ability to obtain one.
- Working at Heights accreditation.
- Strong knowledge of roof tiling methods and WHS requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable: EWP licence, asbestos awareness/accreditation, driver's licence and reliable transport.
