Carer / Disability Support Worker / Assistant in nursing

n

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

n

Support participants with community access and appointments

n

Help with meal preparation and household tasks

n

Provide emotional support and companionship

n

Follow participant care plans and promote independence

n

Complete progress notes and reports

n

Work respectfully with participants, families, and other staff

n
