Our Property Management Department is on the search for a dynamic property manager to join our team at Elders Shailer Park!

What you will need:

A current Registration Certificate

A reliable car and valid driver's license

Team player with a can do attitude

Excellent communication and a drive to succeed

Duties:

Address owner and/or tenant concerns, including organisation of maintenance, mediation, insurance claims,



court hearings, etc

Conduct inspections of properties including entries, routine and vacate inspections

Manage lease renewals

All aspects/duties relating to portfolio style management
