This role is ideal for a mechanically qualified professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing people and improving technical and safety standards on the shop floor.

About the RoleThe Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training for the Production workforce. In this role, you will create lesson plans, training materials, and qualification pathways that support production requirements. You will perform training needs analysis across the production environment and identify training gaps to be addressed. You will ensure all training aligns with relevant training packages and meets competency standards.

This position also involves developing training resources and conducting training sessions in support of the broader training team with day‐to‐day training activities and continuous improvement initiatives. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVEWhat are we looking for?

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:



Trade qualified fitter or automotive mechanic or similar;Manufacturing experience essential;Experience training, mentoring, or coaching trades or operators;TAE40122 (Cert IV TAE) or willingness to obtain;Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset; andEligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
