We're looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate client projects and service programs across our warehouse. You'll sit between management, the warehouse floor, our carriers and our clients, making sure every new client is onboarded smoothly and every existing client's requirements are documented, communicated and delivered. This is a full-time, ongoing role reporting directly to the Operations lead. It's suited to someone organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the go-to person when clients and the warehouse need to be kept on the same page.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating new client onboarding projects from contract through to go-live, including WMS account setup, inventory and SKU configuration, carrier setup, integration testing and launch scheduling

Administering each client's ongoing service program, including agreed service levels, special handling and packaging requirements, inbound stock schedules and any changes to scope

Acting as the first point of contact for client and carrier enquiries, and investigating and resolving issues such as stock receipt variances, order exceptions and delivery problems

Planning and coordinating warehouse special projects such as stocktakes, layout and racking changes, stock relocations, new labelling requirements and process improvements

Maintaining SOPs, client handling instructions, project plans and project files

Pulling data from the WMS and carrier platforms to report on project progress, order accuracy,

dispatch performance and service levels

Coordinating carriers, packaging suppliers and contractors involved in client projects, and flagging variations to management

Advising management on issues that need attention and rolling out agreed process changes across the operation

About you

A diploma or higher in business, logistics, supply chain, project management or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience coordinating projects or administering client service programs, ideally in a logistics, fulfilment, freight or e-commerce setting

Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and carrier dispatch platforms

Strong data and reporting skills, including Excel

Excellent written communication and a high level of attention to detail

Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball

Comfortable working across both an office environment and the warehouse floor
