The Role
n
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop a high‐performing clinical and care team
n
- Ensure secure, person‐centred, compliant care every day
n
- Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
n
- Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
n
- Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes
n

About You
n
n
- RN with current AHPRA registration
n
- Knowledge of AN‐ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
n
- Residential Aged Care leadership experience
n
- Strong communication and coaching capability
n
- Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years experience in Aged Care
