MACA is seeking experienced HSEQ Advisors to join our team at the Dingo Range Gold Project working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

The Dingo Range Gold Project developed by Emerald Resources is a 1.41 million ounce greenfield gold asset located in Western Australia's North Laverton region, representing one of the state's emerging gold developments.

Key result areas include:

n

- Provide support and services associated with Health, Safety and Workplace matters to the Project Manager and the Project Team.
n
- Coordinate site based health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the competence and wellbeing of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
n
- Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems and that these are complied with.
n
- Facilitate incident investigations, risk assessments and safety training - producing high quality results.
n
- Develop,



Conduct Monthly Toolbox Talks
n
- Conduct regular workplace inspections.
n
- Provide data-driven health & safety performance reports.
n

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
n
- 3+ years' experience in a site based mining environment.
n
- A National Police Clearance within 12 months of currency.
n
- Experience delivering safety initiatives.
n
- ICAM Lead Investigator trained (desirable).
n
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
n
