Details: Are you a strategic marketer who can translate audience insights into compelling content and campaigns that engage audiences, build trust and drive conversion?

Suburban Land Agency (SLA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing and Content Manager to lead the planning, development and delivery of audience-led content, digital engagement and marketing campaigns for residential, industry and community audiences.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and implementation of SLA's Content Strategy across channels, including website, social media, email and project marketing collateral. You will create audience-led content that informs, inspires and guides current and prospective buyers throughout their purchase journey, from initial awareness and consideration through to conversion and community connection.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will develop integrated content and campaign plans, manage SLA's social media presence, deliver email marketing programs, and use analytics and audience insights to continually improve performance and engagement outcomes.





We're looking for a strategic thinker and solid communicator with demonstrated experience in content marketing, audience engagement and campaign delivery. You will bring excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on content creation in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in government, property, place-based, infrastructure or other complex organisations will be highly regarded.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field are highly desirable.
- Experience using digital marketing and reporting platforms such as Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Sprout Social, Google Analytics or similar systems is highly desirable.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with the possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

This position primary work location is 480NBA which is designed for activity-based working (ABW) and employees do not have a designated workstation/desk.
