Evolution Apartments, located in the Brisbane CBD, comprising of over 80, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments, with outstanding views of the Brisbane River and surrounds is currently seeking professional, motivated part-time Night Auditor to join an energetic Front Office Team. Working overnight, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure operation while providing exceptional service to our guests.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Reporting to directly the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for:

- Complete overnight front-desk and night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
- Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs and respond to guests' enquiries and concerns
- Handle payments, reconciliations and financial transactions
- Prepare end-of-day reports
- Monitor building security and respond appropriately to after-hours issues




- Complete routine overnight inspections and operational tasks
- Communicate important information to the day team during handover

To be successful in the role you must poses:

- Minimum of 12 months experience in similar position within a 4-star Hotel or Apartments
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Positive and passionate attitude towards to customer service
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Previous REI Cloud experience is preferred but not essential
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
