Our Kingaroy office is a small, boutique office located in the heart of town with convenient parking, offering the support of a close-knit local team backed by a larger multi-office firm.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our Kingaroy office while providing administrative support to our Business Services team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception and welcoming clients and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Proactively managing client communications and preparing client documentation
- Liaising with clients to obtain information, resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
- Managing client records and onboarding processes
- Preparing and lodging ATO registrations and forms
- Lodging ASIC forms and maintaining company registers
- Processing client correspondence via post, email and secure online platforms
- Scheduling appointments and supporting workflow processes
- Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing and data entry
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and friendly approach
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous administration, reception, client service or professional services experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
