The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Project Manager to commence in January 2027. Graduates will join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program in Brisbane in a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one. Our Program Management Team supports cutting-edge defence technology and platforms. With ambitious program goals and a motivated team, we're bringing next-generation capability to our customer and re-defining national defence.

- Gain exposure to project management best practices with opportunities to work across Project Planning, Change Management, Risk Management, Reporting, Budgeting and Baseline Management
- Gain first-hand project management experience from the industry's best PMs and expand your professional network
- Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency
- Play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations through project coordination and administration of a multi-million-dollar project

Education

Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Communications or Project Management (or anticipated graduation before January 2027)
