Key Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and design of bespoke luxury residential interiors, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals

n

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results

n

Manage multiple projects from concept through construction, overseeing design development, documentation, and presentation

n

Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and effective team environment

n

Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and innovation throughout all phases

n

Skills and Experience

n

Degree in Interior Design or equivalent

n

Experience in Revit,



Enscape and Adobe Suite

n

Proven track record in high-end residential interior design, preferably with luxury private homes

n

Exceptional design talent with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills

n

Excellent project management and communication abilities

n

Deep understanding of sophisticated materials, finishes, and detailing

n

Ability to interpret clients' desires into compelling spaces

n

Strong industry connection with suppliers
