Job Title: Nursing Support Worker Location: Clyde, Cranbourne & Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Salary: AUD $82,000 – $90,000 per annum + Superannuation Vacancies: Multiple Positions Available Task & responsibilities

- Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in implementing care plans.
n
- Measure and record temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.
n
- Monitor health conditions and report changes.
n
- Support wound care, continence care and PEG feeding.
n
- Assist with repositioning, transfers and pressure care.
n
- Maintain infection prevention standards.
n
- Maintain clinical documentation.
n

Qualification & experience

n

n
- Certificate in Individual Support, Health Services Assistance or Nursing-related studies or atleast 1 years clinical support experience or direct care experience in residential aged care, disability care, hospital, rehabilitation, or community care settings.
n
- Demonstrated experience assisting with:
n
- medication support
n
- clinical observations
n
- mobility and manual handling




n
- infection control
n
- personal care
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
- First Aaid, CPR and manual handling certification.
n
