We're looking for a Sales and Customer Support person who enjoys building relationships and finding the right solutions. The role combines office-based support with getting out on the road to visit customers, understand their needs and develop long-term relationships.

n

You don't need to be a technical expert. Product knowledge can be taught. What matters is your sales experience, customer service skills and ability to build genuine relationships.

Responsibilities

n

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers
n
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
n
- Find new sales opportunities by speaking with customers and understanding their needs
n
- Promote parts, servicing, repairs and equipment solutions
n
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and future
n
- Prepare quotes, tenders and sales plans when required
n
- Keep customer, sales and equipment records up to date
n
- Work closely with the service,



parts and technical teams to find the right solutions
n
- Keep up to date with competitors and changes in the market
n
- Support sales campaigns, marketing and business development activities
n
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs while providing outstanding customer service
n

Skills

n

In this role, you will ideally have previous experience in sales, business development or account management. A mechanical mindset or background in industrial, construction, electrical, trades, heavy machinery or automotive industries will be highly regarded and will help you hit the ground running.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Confident using CRM systems and keeping sales records up to date
n
- Good attention to detail and ability to learn new computer systems
n
- Strong understanding of the importance of workplace safety
n
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own schedule
n
- Proactive, commercially minded and focused on finding the right solutions for customers
