We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, order processing and general administration with regular support in the warehouse. You will assist customers with enquiries and orders, process sales orders accurately, and help the warehouse team with day-to-day tasks when needed.

The role would suit someone who is organised, practical and comfortable working across both an office and warehouse environment. Good communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to assist with different areas of the business are important.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Process customer orders accurately and provide updates on stock availability and order status.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the company system.
- Assist with general administrative and day-to-day office duties.
- Regularly assist the warehouse team with tasks such as picking and packing orders,



preparing goods for dispatch, checking incoming stock and general warehouse support.
- Assist with basic stock-related tasks as required.
- Work closely with the office and warehouse team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Skill & Experience

- Good basic numeracy skills, with the ability to count stock accurately and perform simple calculations.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process orders accurately.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using email, Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist with warehouse tasks as part of the role.
- Ability to work well as part of a small team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
