Role Overview

Our AUS client is seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to provide practical WHS advice and support across the business. You will work closely with managers and employees to maintain compliance, identify risks and improve workplace safety.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a proactive WHS skilled who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a genuine impact.

Responsibilities

- Provide practical WHS advice to managers and employees.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain WHS policies, procedures, registers and reporting.
- Coordinate WHS training, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Support workers compensation and return-to-work processes.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory compliance.




- Identify opportunities to improve WHS systems and safety culture.

Candidate Profile

You will have experience in a similar WHS advisory role, with a sound understanding of Australian WHS legislation and practical experience across operational environments.

You will be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and relevant WHS qualification will be highly regarded.
