Duties
- Manage commercial fitout projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Take ownership of programme, budget, quality and project outcomes
- Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, contracts, variations and project financials
- Lead and support site and project teams
- Identify and manage project risks throughout delivery
- Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Project Manager within a reputable head contractor / fitout contractor
- Robust commercial fitout, refurbishment and workplace project experience
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Sound commercial understanding across procurement, contracts and project financials
- Construction Management, Engineering or related qualification preferred
- Open to an established Senior PM or a strong PM ready to take the next step
