Tuiss Blinds Online is looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Sampling Operativeto join our team.

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast‐paced environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, high‐quality fabric samples that help them choose the perfect blinds for their home.

About the role

n

n
- Picking daily fabric sample orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Keeping fabric samples organised, separated and in excellent condition
n
- Monitoring sample quality and reporting any issues
n
- Managing stock control and conducting regular inventory checks
n
- Ordering stock and ensuring adequate supplies are maintained
n
- Labelling, sealing and packing sample orders
n
- Preparing and packing current stock
n
- Folding sample envelopes and preparing orders for dispatch
n
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
n
- Liaising with Australia Post and arranging the dispatch of goods
n

You will ideally have:

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
n




- A motivated, positive and "can-do" attitude

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- Strong initiative and practical problem-solving skills
n
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
n
- A friendly, bubbly and professional demeanour
n
- The ability to consistently follow workplace policies and procedures
n
- Previous experience in warehousing, pick‐packing, administration, customer service or a similar environment will be highly regarded, buta great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
