Project Manager – Retail Fit-Outs with focus on 3PL support

Project Manager leading multiple high-impact retail shopfitting and construction projects and supporting our 3PL growth as a key leader in the business. This is a hands-on for a strategic thinker who thrives in rapid-paced environments and knows how to build momentum across people, projects, and timelines autonomously.

Based in-office at Dandenong South, reporting to the 3fold Operations Manager. Some interstate travel and after-hours flexibility as required to meet project demands is part of the role.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage multiple simultaneous retail shopfitting projects across all phases—from design development and procurement to onsite delivery and handover

n

Continue to grow our 3PL business and through strong customer relations and delivering successful tasks. Role allows to identify opportunities to improve service, process and strengthen customer relationship

n

Deliver projects to tight timelines without compromising on detail, quality, or budget by owning all aspects of financial accountability

n

Think quickly, act decisively, and bring practical solutions to complex issue

n

Lead site teams and subcontractors with confidence, clarity, and accountability

n

Coordinate multiple customer requirements,



manage priorities and ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time

About you

n

5+ years of project management experience in retail shopfitting, commercial interiors, or high-volume construction

n

Proven ability to juggle multiple, fast-moving projects with exceptional planning and organisational skills

n

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manage project trackers, budgets, schedules and reporting.

n

A natural communicator and leader who builds trust, drives clarity, and gets results

n

Strong commercial awareness, including project costs, variations, margins and profitability

n

A high-performance mindset, with a commitment to taking ownership and delivering on promises
