Site Manager – New Build Fire Station | Oran Park 7-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Major New Build Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction company delivering a new-build fire station in Oran Park.

This is a 7-month contract role suited to a hands-on Site Manager who can take ownership of the site and drive the project through to successful completion.

About the Role You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the construction site, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the construction site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site activities.
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Manage the construction programme and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate site inductions, toolbox meetings and WHS requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
- Manage quality control and ensure works meet project requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client.
- Maintain accurate site records,



reports and documentation.
- Manage site logistics and ensure the site remains organised and compliant.

About You

We are looking for a proven Site Manager with solid experience delivering commercial or government construction projects.
You will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on new-build projects.
- Strong subcontractor and site management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and programming.
- Robust understanding of WHS and quality requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
- Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications.
- Government, infrastructure, emergency services or community facility experience will be highly regarded.
