Healthii People are proud to have partnered withIFYSto support the recruitment of their Regional Manager within their Non-Family Based Care Program across Moreton Bay (based out of Caboolture)

n

This is a Senior Leadership role that would oversee the non-family based care programs in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and that the programs are operating in line with correct practice frameworks, compliance and state and federal legislation.

n

This role would suit someone with a leadership background in the child safety space or youth justice sector, and you would:

n

- Provide supervision and support to the team of case managers and youth workers
n
- Support the growth and success of the program in the region
n




- Lead the recruitment training and development of the team
n
- Oversee correct policies, procedures and frameworks
n
- Engage with stakeholders, in particular Child Safety
n
- Manage budget and financial oversight of program
n
- Ensure compliance is up to standard
n

About you:

n

n
- Hold a Bachelor in Human Services or related discipline
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within child protection/ youth justice
n
- Applied knowledge of Trauma Informed frameworks
n
- Understanding and awareness around cultural sensitivity
n
- Passion for supporting young people to thrive
n
