Process Worker or Machine Operator - Composite Manufacturing

About the Roles

We are seeking a reliable, keen, and motivated Process Worker to join our manufacturing team. These full-time positions involve performing a variety of finishing operations on specialised composite truck and transport components, working safely with hand and power tools, supporting daily production needs, and delivering components to meet clients' schedules. Experience with CAD, CNC operation and programming an advantage. Spray painting and preparation skills also looked upon favorably.

Work Schedule

Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm

Days: Monday to Friday

40-hour week

Key Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of finishing operations on composite truck and transport components
- Operate hand tools, power tools,



and production equipment confidently and safely
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are adhered to
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Work effectively with other operators, supervisors, and managers
- Follow production instructions with a strong eye for detail
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with other production tasks as required
- Assist in programming and operation of CNC and Robotic arm if you have these skills

About You

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Solid attention to detail and qualityWorks in a safe and professional manner
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
- Must have work rights or hold a valid work visa to work in Australia

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded (but not essential):

- composites, fibreglass or plastics
- spray painting or primer application
- CAD or CNC operation and programming
- process work
- previous factory or manufacturing experience
