How can you make an impact?

As our Information Technology Officer, you will be the faceof IT support across the organisation, providing first-level technicalassistance to staff, managers, executives and Board members. You'll work acrossa diverse technology environment, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices,Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Apple Business Manager and a wide range of businessapplications.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Oneday you might be deploying devices for new starters, resolving technical issuesand helping users get the most from technology. The next, you could becontributing to technology projects, improving processes, assisting with policyimplementation or liaising with external technology providers.

Working closely with the Group IT Manager and broader ITteam, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, buildmeaningful relationships across the organisation and contribute to innovativetechnology initiatives that support Djaara self-determination and communityoutcomes.

What will you bring?





- Experience providing desktop and mobile device support in a qualified environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuinedesire to help people succeed with technology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration,SharePoint, mobile device management and modern workplace technologies.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolvehardware, software and application issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability toexplain technical concepts in clear, simple language.
- Initiative, problem-solving capability and awillingness to continuously learn and grow.
- The ability to work collaboratively within ateam while managing competing priorities.
- An understanding of, or willingness to learnabout, Dja Dja Wurrung culture and a commitment to supporting Djaaraself-determination.
