We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Coordinator to be responsible for the front-of-shop retail operation, keeping it organised, accurately priced, well stocked and running smoothly. Working in a Dispensing team of 4, on some days you will be the sole retail assistant.

What matters most is your ability to manage the retail operation well.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Customer service, Merchandising, and retail presentation
n
- Processing invoices, pricing, and stock records accurately
n




- Maintaining correct RRPs and stock cards
n
- Ordering & Monitoring stock to minimise shortages, over-ordering, and dead stock
n
- Identifying supplier buying opportunities
n

n

Qualifications and Experience required.

n

n
- S2/S3, Certificate 2 or 3 in Community Pharmacy.
n
- Fred Office/Fred POS is highly regarded.
n
- Knowledge of IPA programs and buying arrangements would also be an advantage.

You will have solid community pharmacy experience, excellent attention to detail and sound knowledge of ordering, pricing, and inventory control. You are dependable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
