Emergency Flood Response (EFR) is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Greenacre office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client network and promoting our restoration services to both residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, relationship management, and structured sales processes.

Key responsibilities

- Engage with residential and commercial clients, including property owners, real estate agencies, strata managers, and builders
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries from the office
- Office based Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with on call availability on Saturdays to provide support to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Provide service information, quotes, and job updates to clients
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and manage job bookings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Ensure timely follow up and high quality customer communication

About you

- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer facing role
- Must hold an active ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule




- Confidence in presenting services and negotiating outcomes
- Experience in trades, construction, property, or restoration (advantageous but not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Valid driver's licence required

$90,000 base salary (negotiable) + commission paid per job above monthly threshold

Salary review after successful 3 month trial period

Contractor arrangement with flexibility (ABN required)

Ongoing training in restoration services, sales techniques, and customer engagement
